The County of Marin is engaging in planning for the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Three-Year Plan, Continuum of Substance Use Services Five-Year Strategic Plan, and a Five-Year Consolidated Plan Housing and Federal Grants’ Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
